JOB SUMMARY The mission of the Patient Advocate (PaD) is to facilitate and ensure continuity in patient care and serve as a conduit of care between the services of the health center and into the community. The PaD will strategically engage employees and their dependents before, during, and after visits to the center in order to ensure we are providing personalized, informative, and compassionate care. The PaD role is supported by and reports to the Director of Patient Care Navigation. About the role In this role, you will be a key technical resource and advisor across InfoSum’s product suite for prospective customers in North America. Your work will include contributing to sales presentations, providing product demonstrations, workflow modeling, solution design, and ensuring our customers fully grasp the value and benefit they can unlock from the InfoSum platform. Client Services will have a helicopter view over all parts of a collaboration and will work with the expert teams and specialist partners (both internally and externally) to bring a brand's creative vision to life.
