Job Description National Marketing Coordinator – The Dinerstein Companies – Houston, TX The Dinerstein Companies (TDC) is seeking a Houston-based National Marketing Coordinator to support a portfolio of student housing and conventional multifamily properties. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Management Services and works closely with Portfolio Directors, Strategy Managers, and onsite teams to implement innovative marketing strategies that drive leasing and financial performance. The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of our corporate support team, contributing creative ideas and project management expertise in a fast paced, team-centric environment. Core Responsibilities The National Marketing Coordinator will have a portfolio consisting of student housing and conventional housing communities within The Dinerstein Companies’ growing portfolio. This individual will collaborate closely with the company’s VP’s, Portfolio Directors, Strategy Managers, Community Managers and management services teams to ensure the successful leasing and marketing of the property. • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to implement marketing objectives, creative direction, and ensure brand consistency within approved budgets. • Participate in weekly calls with VPs, Portfolio Directors, Strategy Managers, and onsite teams to strategize on property-specific marketing plans. • Meet weekly with the VP of Marketing and the Marketing and Management Services Team (MMST) to prioritize projects., • Support property marketing efforts, including print collateral, signage, banners, website maintenance, advertising, and promotional items, working closely with in-house graphic designers or creative agencies. • Analyze digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, online strategy) using tools like Google Analytics to plan, measure, and optimize results., • Monitor marketing budgets monthly, providing suggestions based on leasing velocity, and communicate overages or savings to the VP of Marketing. • Assist onsite teams in brainstorming outreach ideas, preferred employer plans, resident events, housing fairs, and overall event planning., • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors (printers, creative firms, digital partners, photographers, sign vendors) and management, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials. • Support special projects and innovative programs related to TDC and property branding as assigned by the VP of Marketing. Qualifications & Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. Must be an organized, efficient, and detail oriented multi-tasker, have excellent verbal communication and creative writing skills, be tech and social media savvy, plus be able to work as part of a team and willing to pitch in where needed.
