Job DescriptionDescription: Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is seeking a Revenue Specialist. The Specialist is responsible for assisting the firm with various processes and projects to manage the Firm’s cash receipts and accounts receivable as well as support its billing function. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties shall include, but are not limited to, the following: • Cash receipts activities, including their correct and timely recording and their deposit to appropriate bank accounts., • Account receivable activities, including issuing monthly statements, responding to inquiries, managing scheduled reports to attorneys and recording adjustments., • Collection activities, including monitoring accounts receivable balances, communicating with clients, setting up payment plans and monitoring compliance, communicating with Firm leadership and noting relevant communications and events in appropriate software applications., • 2 years of bookkeeping experience, • Previous law firm billing or collection experience a plus, • Ability to prioritize and multitask, • Ability to work in fast-paced office and customer service environments, • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, • Computer literacy, particularly in Excel, Word and Outlook, • Flexibility
