Compensation: $8 - $12 hourly Responsibilities: Customer Service / Team Work / Community Satisfaction / Career Growth • Create a Fun and welcoming job environment by maintaining a clean, neat, and organized facility, • Be a part of changing the way people think about laundry, • Build strong customer relationships within our communities by providing an Excellent Customer Service Experience, • Greet, Help, Thank our customers, • Respond with urgency to customer inquiries, product and service questions, along with any customer issues, • Maintain a great visual presentation of our merchandise, • Educate and share our services, products, and promotions - sharing value for our customers, • Follow our company policies and procedures, • Comply with our uniform dress code, • Prioritize both Customer and Associate Safety, • Report in a timely manner all equipment, machines, and building maintenance opportunities, • Opportunity to get involved with nonprofit organizations and schools' football teams as we invest in our communities, • Enthusiasm, high energy, initiative, and professionalism, • Basic computer knowledge, • Ability to communicate effectively, • Ability to work on time and when scheduled, • Ability to multi-taskAbout Company Here at SpinXpress, our Mission is to deliver a fun environment and experience while at work.
