Job Description This is a fully ON-SITE position. The E-Branch Services Specialist will provide service and support for members over the phone dealing with requests that are both routine in nature and some that require extensive research and use of problem solving skills. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and communication skills with a deep understanding of end-to-end AR workflows, from invoice generation to payment application and claims reconciliation. Key responsibilities include: • Manage the full AR lifecycle — including invoicing, payment application, and collections — to maintain accurate and current customer account balances., • Validate, research, and resolve customer claims, deductions, and billbacks, collaborating with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure proper documentation and credit resolution., • Conduct AR health checks and compile periodic aging, dispute, and cash-flow reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement., • Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring alignment between invoices, remittances, and supporting documentation., • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by preparing AR schedules, journal entries, and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP., • Maintain accurate records in ERP or accounting systems and assist with system integrations impacting billing and receivables., • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve AR processes, streamline claims validation workflows, and enhance visibility into receivable metrics., • Assist in the continuous improvement of AR controls, reporting, and automation initiatives.
