Position Overview We are looking for a Regional Vice President of Operations to own performance, growth, and execution across multiple markets at Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe. This executive leader oversees Market Partners and club leadership teams in Region 3 - Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma,to ensure every location operates at peak profitability, delivers a best-in-class member experience, and lives our high-performance, high-care culture. The RVP of Operations will set the vision, align strategy with daily execution, and drive results across a fast-growing, multi-state portfolio of high-energy fitness clubs. What You’ll Do: As the Regional VP of Operations, you will be the operational heartbeat of the region—translating company strategy into clear plans, actionable priorities, and measurable outcomes. You’ll lead and develop Market Partners and their teams, ensuring consistent execution across all clubs while creating an environment where leaders thrive, teams are fully engaged, and members feel the “WOW” factor every time they visit. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to accelerate growth, optimize P&L performance, and scale operational excellence as we open new gyms and expand into new markets. What Success Looks Like: • The region consistently meets or exceeds revenue, EBITDA, and club-level profitability targets, with strong labor control, disciplined expense management, and smart reinvestment in growth., • All markets are fully staffed with strong leaders, supported by a deep bench and virtual pipeline that keeps time-to-fill low and leadership continuity high., • Member acquisition, retention, Member Overall Satisfaction, NPS, and key operating KPIs are consistently above target, with member issues resolved quickly and with empathy., • Market Partners and club leaders operate within clear rhythms and standards—daily/weekly/monthly cadences, robust development plans, and consistent coaching that drive performance and engagement., • Build a strong bench of Market Partners, Managing Partners and Managing Partners in Training to drive performance and support market expansion, • New club openings and key initiatives are executed flawlessly, with seamless coordination between Operations and cross-functional partners (PT, Marketing, Construction, HR, NCO)., • The region is viewed as a model of operational excellence and culture, recognized for developing internal talent, promoting from within, and living our “no judgments,” work hard-have fun-make history ethos. About You: You are a seasoned multi-unit operator and culture carrier who leads with clarity, conviction, and urgency. You think strategically but act decisively, using data and field insight to make fast, grounded decisions and follow through relentlessly. Responsibilities: • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all clubs within the region, overseeing Market Partners and ensuring alignment with company goals and standards., • Own regional P&L performance: drive revenue growth, manage labor and controllable expenses, and deliver on monthly/annual profitability targets., • Lead workforce and succession planning across the region; ensure all leadership roles are staffed with strong performers and supported by a robust internal bench., • Coach, develop, and hold Market Partners accountable through structured cadences (1:1s, market reviews, performance check-ins) and ongoing feedback., • Responsible for building and sustaining a strong bench of Managing Partners in Training and Managing Partners to drive performance and enable ongoing market expansion, • Ensure clubs consistently achieve and exceed member acquisition, retention, and service KPIs; drive high standards of cleanliness, equipment uptime, and operational execution., • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders (Personal Training, Marketing, HR, NCO, Finance, Construction) to support new club openings, local store marketing, and key initiatives., • Guide Market Partners and club leaders on effective local store marketing, community engagement, and competitive positioning within each market., • Monitor and respond to member feedback and escalations, ensuring timely, empathetic resolutions that protect and enhance the brand., • Conduct regular market and club visits to assess performance, reinforce standards, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth., • Analyze regional performance data and KPIs, identify trends, and implement action plans to address gaps or capitalize on opportunities., • Champion company culture and core values across the region, ensuring clubs operate in alignment with our mission to enrich lives through the power of well-being. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field required., • 7–10+ years of progressive multi-unit operational leadership experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, restaurant, or retail environments., • Proven track record of leading large teams through Market/District/Regional-level leadership with direct oversight of P&L, budgets, and KPI performance., • Demonstrated success in high-growth, fast-paced, and highly competitive markets., • Extensive experience in talent deployment—recruiting, hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning for multi-unit leaders., • Strong financial acumen with experience in labor control, forecasting, budgeting, and understanding key business drivers., • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels, from front-line staff to executive leadership.
