This role isnt about running campaigns yourselfits about leading a high-performing team, orchestrating specialists, and aligning marketing with revenue outcomes. Youll oversee a team of three in-house marketers (including a Paid Media Specialist) and external partners, ensuring every initiativewhether demand generation, automation, events, or PRmoves the needle on new logo acquisition, client expansion, and global growth (with a focus on the UK market). Success in this role means turning data into strategy, strategy into execution, and execution into measurable results that hit company OKRs. Its a chance to build, scale, and prove whats possiblewhile positioning yourself for future growth into VP-level leadership in one to three years. What Youll Do Develop and Execute Growth Strategies • Architect and implement data-driven marketing plans that drive new logo acquisition and client expansion., • Align every program directly to revenue, pipeline health, and company OKRs., • Lead demand generation, nurture, retention, and advocacy campaigns across the customer lifecycle., • Manage the marketing-to-sales pipeline with a relentless focus on conversion and efficiency., • Design and optimize MOFU and BOFU engagement tactics that move prospects through the funnel and close deals., • Drive segmentation, workflows, personalization, and reporting across Salesforce, ZoomInfo (intent data), LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other platforms., • Evaluate and integrate AI tools (including Salesforce AI and emerging martech solutions) to optimize campaigns, automate execution, and accelerate scale., • Partner with the Paid Media Specialist to set strategy, oversee execution, and ensure campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, social, and other channels deliver ROI., • Focus on driving greater efficiency, scale, and measurable business impact through testing, optimization, and budget allocation., • Bring proven strategies for building product and brand awareness, with examples of driving visibility in competitive markets., • Plan and execute event strategies: from designing impactful booths to securing speaking engagements and presentations., • Partner with our external PR team to land media placements, podcast features, and thought leadership opportunities that amplify Extus voice., • Define and track KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion, campaign ROI)., • Build dashboards that inform leadership decisions and drive accountability., • Translate customer insights and market intelligence into actionable strategies. What You Bring • 10+ years of proven success in growth marketing, demand generation, and SaaS product launches., • A strong GTM track record: youve launched products and accelerated adoption in competitive markets., • Agency-side experience with deep knowledge of B2B SaaS business models., • Direct experience marketing SaaS tools or products, with a clear understanding of adoption and growth challenges unique to the SaaS space., • Mastery of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and digital marketing tools (automation, paid media, analytics)., • Data-driven mindsetyou speak in metrics, dashboards, and ROI., • Leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders., • A passion for growth, innovation, and delivering measurable business outcomes., • A scrappy, efficient, and lean approach; you know how to maximize impact with smart use of resources., • Bonus: product marketing experience - positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation to accelerate go-to-market success.
