Overview: The Data Entry Specialist is primarily responsible for the administrative and operational support of the organization's training programs. This role also involves preparing training materials and scheduling employees for required trainings. Maintaining training records, and ensuring that all training materials and resources are organized and up to date. The Data Entry Specialist works closely with Training, HR, and department managers to track, monitor training progress, and reporting training completion rates. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and a customer-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: * Record and update records of employee training, certifications, and completion statuses using learning management systems (LMS) or other tracking tools. * Assist in preparing training materials, handouts, and presentation slides, ensuring they are complete and organized. * Track registrations, communicate with employees about upcoming training opportunities. * Monitor attendance and track employee progress, ensuring that training requirements are being met. * Provide administrative support for training, ordering supplies, including processing invoices and tracking training expenses. • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)., • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a training or HR environment., • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail., • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels., • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple priorities., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.Company DescriptionFor over half a century, Apalachee Center has been dedicated to helping the individuals and families of North Florida succeed in recovering from emotional, psychiatric, and substance abuse crises.
