No matter the need, we keep our customers supplied and running. We are currently seeking a Technology Generalist to join our growing Tech Team. The Junior Technology Generalist at Keep Supply provides day-to-day support to keep the company’s technology running smoothly. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT issues, helping employees with basic troubleshooting, and escalating more complex problems to senior technical team members. They assist with onboarding and offboarding by setting up accounts, devices, and access, and help maintain employee workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices. Additionally, the Junior Technology Generalist supports core software platforms, monitors basic network performance, manages hardware inventory, and helps document common issues to build a shared knowledge base. This role allows the technology team to focus on larger projects while ensuring employees have the tools and support they need to work effectively. Primary Responsibilities • Own the IT help desk queue — triage, resolve, and escalate first-tier issues with clear communication to end users throughout, • Serve as liaison between end users and technical teams when escalating to developers or architects, • Execute the technology aspects of onboarding and offboarding in partnership with People & Culture, • Configure, deploy, and maintain employee workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices (Windows and/or macOS), • Administer core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, or similar) — accounts, access, and basic configuration, • Monitor network performance and make basic optimizations for reliability, speed, and security, • Maintain hardware asset inventory and manage equipment purchases through approved vendors, • Document recurring issues and resolutions to build a shared knowledge base, • Free up the Senior Technology Generalist for larger projects by owning day-to-day tactical coverageRequirements:, • Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field, • Hands-on troubleshooting ability across hardware, software, and connectivity, • Familiarity with networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, • Familiarity with identity/directory tools: Active Directory, Google Workspace Admin, or Azure AD, • Basic experience with a scripting or programming language (Python, PowerShell, SQL, or similar), • Basic knowledge of network and endpoint security practices, • Comfortable with an IT ticketing system (Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar), • Humble, hungry, and smart, • Passionate about solving problems — and about the people behind them, • High standards for both technical quality and customer service, • Calm and effective under shifting priorities, • Eager to grow under mentorship and to help others do the same Company Culture We are a small, scrappy team and all of us do a lot of different things every day. Provide efficient and professional service while answering general account questions, addressing complaints and other issues. The Client Care Representative will work from a centralized location and primarily interact with clients through incoming phone calls. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Answer client calls and respond to requests through various channels (ITM, video banking and chat functions) in a professional manner that is aligned with our core values, brand, and reputation., • Provide assistance with online banking, mobile banking, bill pay access, debit card transactions, and disputed transactions; may transfer calls to appropriate parties and ensure proper identification and verification is obtained., • Identify, research, and resolve client issues using internal resources, software programs, and other computer and technology-based platforms and follow up with clients in a timely manner., • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive banking experience for all clients., • Maintain strong knowledge of all bank products and services including deposits, lending, IRA’s., • May assist clients with loans, including credit cards, unsecured and automotive loans., • Identify and appropriately manages potential fraudulent situations., • Follow appropriate bank safety and security procedures, including proper opening and closing protocols., • May prepare and mail bank correspondence to customers., • May verify and mail Commercial Bank Statements., • May provide project and support for Deposit Operations associates and other departments., • May identify cross-selling opportunities to support growth of the bank., • Consistently meet or exceed service goals set by management., • May process Video Banking Retail and Commercial Client Transactions., • Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements that are applicable to this position., • Foster and preserve a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion., • Additional duties and responsibilities may be required to support the company’s mission, vision, and values. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent., • One year experience in a retail and/or client service environment., • Excellent client service skills., • Capability to prioritize and execute a variety of tasks simultaneously, at times in a demanding environment., • Strong interpersonal and written communication capabilities., • Capability to perform data entry utilizing banking software and Microsoft 365 products, with an elevated level of accuracy and attention to detail.
