Job Title: Associate Production Designer Location: DUMBO, Brooklyn (Hybrid) - 4 days in office Salary Range: $70K-$80K Production Graphic Designer We're a beauty brand that believes great design is thoughtful and felt in equal measure. We're looking for a Production Graphic Designer who lives at that intersection — and brings that same care to every file they open. This isn't a role for someone who wants to clock in and push pixels. It's for a designer who understands that production design is a craft — that the work you send to print, to manufacturing, to the shelf, and out into the digital world represents the brand everywhere it lives. You're the last line of defense before something exists permanently, and you take that seriously. What You'll Do • Partner with the Design Director and cross-functional creative and marketing teams from brief through final delivery, • Produce and resize design assets across print, packaging, digital, ecommerce/paid media (email, PDPs, banners, in-store signage, mailers, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), and retail partner channels — adapting each to its own specs, audience, and platform context, since what works on our site won't always translate directly to a partner's platform, • Prepare print-ready files with a strong grasp of dielines, bleeds, crops, and finishing techniques, • Adapt creative for retail partner environments, recognizing that what works on our site won't always translate directly to theirs, • Juggle multiple variations across channel specs without letting quality dip on high-volume or "routine" work, • Review your own work critically before anyone else does, catching errors in typography, color, spacing, and file specs, • Partner with the Digital Asset Management team to ensure final files are delivered cleanly, named consistently, and easy to find across the DAM and server, • Manage your own workload and deadlines without needing to be chased — you know how to prioritize and communicate when things shift, • Ask questions when something isn't clear, flag issues before they become problems, and offer solutions when you raise concerns, • Look at existing workflows and ask "how can this be better?" — you're always thinking about how to work smarter without cutting corners, • Grow with the brand — as we expand, this role expands with it, and we want someone who's excited to help shape what that looks like What We're Looking For • 3–5 years of production design experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, retail, or consumer goods, • Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign inside and out, • Experienced working across DAM systems, Dropbox, in-house server, • Solid understanding of print production, color systems (CMYK, Pantone), file preparation, and packaging specs, • Someone who reads a brief carefully, thinks before they design, and doesn't just default to whatever's fastest, • A collaborator who communicates clearly, takes feedback well, and gives it constructively, • Detail-oriented to a degree that others might find excessive — we consider that a strength, not a flaw, • Organized, reliable, and self-directed — you follow through without being chased, • Experience producing assets for ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Google, Klaviyo) and major retail partners — familiarity with their templates, submission requirements, and brand guidelines, • Able to navigate any retailer's specs or templates without treating a single deliverable as routine, • Comfortable with light video editing and basic animation — After Effects, Premier Pro and GIFs in your toolkit., • Experience working with vendors, printers, and manufacturers is a strong plus Who You Are You care about the work. Direct the programming budget alongside the founding team and own event-level economics: talent costs, production costs, attendance, ticket revenue, venue spend, and contribution. Use revenue shares only when an outside partner creates enough value to justify them. Know what every format returns, and kill, rebuild, or expand it based on evidence—not attachment. Build demand with marketing. Partner with the Marketing Director on positioning, ticketing, launch timing, content, and audience strategy. Share accountability for attendance while maintaining clear ownership of the program itself. Protect the feel. Keep Saunter culturally current, warm, and inviting—never generic, clinical, self-serious, or attached to a passing optimization trend. Guard the unprogrammed hours too: someone arriving on a quiet afternoon should find calm, not a setup permanently in progress. We are seeking a commercially minded Director of Development to build and lead a disciplined, data-driven and accountable approach to fundraising. The mandate has two equally important parts: strengthen the strategy, infrastructure and support that enable Center Board leadership and lay leaders to successfully raise significant dollars from within our community, and build new sources of revenue from corporations, foundations, family offices, government funding, sponsorships and other opportunities. Board and Community Fundraising · Build the strategy, structure, tools and accountability that enable Center Board leadership and lay leaders to successfully fundraise within the community, recognizing that these relationships are often best led by the lay leaders who hold them. · Translate the Board's relationships and community reach into actionable fundraising plans with clear prospect ownership, strategy, asks, next steps and follow-up. · Work closely with the Board President, CEO and other lay leadership to identify and prioritize prospects and determine the right approach and solicitor. · Prepare Board members and other solicitors for important fundraising conversations with research, giving history, relationship context, talking points and recommended ask strategies. · Track activity and follow-up so opportunities continue moving and commitments are converted into collections. · Participate in and, when appropriate, lead fundraising conversations directly. Institutional Giving and New Revenue · Develop meaningful new revenue from corporations, foundations, family offices, government and other funding partners. · Own the grant process from prospecting and qualification through submission, reporting and renewal. · Identify and pursue appropriate government funding opportunities, coordinating applications, relationships, reporting and compliance with internal and external partners as needed. · Develop stronger sponsorship opportunities around the Center's programs, events, facilities, audience and community reach. · Work with program and organizational leaders to identify initiatives that can attract outside funding. · Continually identify new partnerships and revenue opportunities the Center is not systematically pursuing today. Data, Technology and Development Operations · Establish and maintain the CRM, prospect data and reporting infrastructure needed to manage fundraising activity and provide a clear view of performance and expected revenue. · Establish consistent processes for prospect management, gift tracking and follow-up. · Build and manage a disciplined pledge collection process, with clear ownership, aging visibility, follow-up and escalation, with the goal of reducing the time between pledge and payment and converting commitments to cash more quickly and consistently. · Build a consistent approach to donor stewardship and engagement that strengthens relationships, improves retention and creates opportunities for increased support over time. · Use technology, AI and automation to improve prospect research, relationship mapping, grant discovery, reporting and productivity. · Establish meaningful KPIs and regularly report performance, pipeline, collections, risks and opportunities to the CEO and Board leadership. · Maintain accurate fundraising forecasts and identify early when results are behind plan. Leadership and Partnership · Serve as the Center's internal leader on fundraising strategy and development. · Partner closely with the CEO, Board leadership, Finance, Marketing and program teams. · Bring coordination and accountability to fundraising activity across the organization. · Build strong relationships with donors, prospects and partners while understanding and respecting the culture of the Sephardic community. · Operate comfortably as both a strategic leader and a hands-on individual contributor. Most independent hotel owners can’t afford a marketing team, so revenue leaks through every gap. Our client is a seed, leaning towards Series A feel, AI-native operating system for independent hotels with a 30-50M valuation. AI agents take over the manual work owners have no time or team for, starting with what drives revenue: digital marketing, pricing, email, reputation and direct bookings. The model works! In less than a year of operations, the company has grown to more than 150 customers, with no inbound marketing. Every customer came from outbound, and 85–90% of sales calls convert, usually in a single conversation. The company is lean, fast paved, supportive, kind, humble and disrupting. Today the founder runs sales and she's looking for a strategic leader to take over and soon build a team to oversee. What Winning Looks Like You start as the company’s best closer and become its sales leader. In the first months, most of your time goes to conversations with hotel owners. You run 30–45 minute calls that often close on the spot, sometimes even without a demo. Through those calls, you learn what makes a hotel a strong fit, where objections come from, and which segments are pulling.
