About Us We're ClosedWon Talent, a sales and go-to-market recruiting agency that specializes in working with fast-growing startups. If you're exploring your next move, we might have just the opportunity for you, including this one. About the company Atomic sells AI-native supply chain planning to consumer brands, and the timing couldn't be better. Most brands still run production, inventory, and purchasing out of spreadsheets or legacy planning software that takes a year or more to implement, while Atomic can get enterprise customers live in roughly 3 months. That gap is the pitch, and it's winning: DoorDash chose Atomic over the incumbent, HelloFresh runs its planning in Atomic every day, and customers are seeing 20%+ inventory reduction with 99%+ in-stock rates, so you'll walk into every conversation with recognizable logos and hard numbers to build an ROI case on. The business is moving fast. Revenue has grown roughly 10x this year, has a big announcement dropping soon, and deal sizes keep climbing, with a $150K minimum today, most deals landing between $150K and $400K, and multiple $500K opportunities already in pipeline. The sales team is still small, so the AEs who join now will help shape how Atomic sells as it scales. About the role Atomic is hiring multiple Account Executives to report to the Head of Sales and join a small, growing sales team. This is a true hunter seat. You'll self-source most of your pipeline (with marketing support coming to provide more inbound leads), break into $100M+ brands across CPG, food and beverage, beauty, apparel, and manufacturing, and own new-logo deals from first conversation through close before handing off to implementation and account management. Deals start at $150K, most land between $150K and $400K, and there are multiple $500K opportunities in pipeline today, all on a 3 to 6 month sales cycle. You'll sell to both the planners living with the problem every day and the executives funding the solution, and you'll win by quantifying operational and financial pain and building a business case, not by demoing features. Atomic is early. There's no finished playbook, and the right person will be excited to help build it. Must-have • Consistent experience closing enterprise-level software deals, with larger deals expected at more senior levels, • Strong new-logo track record on complex, multi-stakeholder deals you personally drove from first conversation through close, • A history of generating a meaningful share of your own pipeline through prospecting, LinkedIn, and your own network, • Deep discovery skills, with the ability to quantify pain, calculate ROI, and build a business case that connects to executive priorities, • Comfortable navigating executives and practitioners and multithreading across organizations, • Early-stage or high-growth startup experience, and comfort with incomplete processes, changing priorities, and limited enablement, • A fast learner who can understand technical concepts and complex customer workflows without needing to be technical, • Genuine interest in AI and daily use of modern tools in your own work, • Competitive, resourceful, coachable, and self-directed, with strong executive presence Nice-to-have • Experience selling supply chain planning, demand or inventory planning, TPM, WMS, ERP, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, retail, or CPG software, • Experience selling into CPG or other consumer-goods companies, • Success selling across multiple industries, • Experience selling into operations, finance, supply chain, planning, procurement, or manufacturing leaders
