Team members must embrace, appreciate, and align well with our core values: We Win Together, We Take Pride, We Own It, We ARE Safe Snow Removal Crew Member: • Safely and efficiently operating a variety of snow removal and salt spreading equipment, • Shovels snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic, • Salt-Spreading on sidewalks and walking pathways by using hand-held salt spreaders, shovels, and buckets, • Providing 24/7 critical snow and ice management services, • Remove snow safely and efficiently from commercial properties, including but not limited to, parking lots, and the exteriors of high-traffic facilities using a Snow Plow/Salt Truck., • Operate Snow Plow/Salt Truck to clear roadways, loading areas, docks, parking lots, among others, in winter conditions, including snow, snow/rain mix, extreme weather, and temperatures, • Removes snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic, • Report to the assigned branch or location within the time frame givenRequirements:, • At least 1 year experience operating Plow/Salt Truck, • Valid Driver's License, • Pass pre-employment drug screen, • Pass Driver's background check, • Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions, • Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months, • Able to handle the physical demands of the position, • Be punctual and reliable, • Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly, • Accountability to themselves and to their team, • Be someone others want to work with
