Job Description We are seeking a Route Delivery Driver CDL A to join our team! You will drive to deliver and pick up goods and packages. Benefits: • $ 8000 Sign -on bonus, • Weekly performance bonus up to $200/ week, • $30/hr. for drivers with 1 or more years of experience, • $24/hr. for recent CDL graduates , increase in pay after 4 month training period., • Medical, Dental, Vision, • 401K with employer contributions ( traditional pre-tax and Roth- post tax employee contributions available), • Vacation, Sick and Paid Holidays, • Local routes, home everyday, • Helper provided on route to assist with deliveries, • Consistent routes and work every week, opportunities for overtime Responsibilities: • Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner, • Unload vehicle with helper support and other tools such as pallet jack, hand trucks and tailgates., • Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle, • CDL Class A, • Medical Examiner's Certificate, • Clean Driving Record, • Ability to pass Clearinghouse requirements, • Ability to pass drug test and criminal background check., • Experience in truck driving, delivery, truck unloading, and customer service preferred., • Ability to work overnight 3pm - 5pm dispatch times, • Ability to work Saturday and Sunday - days off on weekdays, • Ability to work on holidays and overtime, • Ability to work in all weather conditions, • Ability to deliver product to locations with basements or stairs, • Ability to work safely and effectively with a helperCompany DescriptionBartlett's custom-delivery solutions provide our partners with an end to end distribution process.
