Job Description As a Crimson XL Delivery Driver, you’ll drive a branded 24’ box truck with a helper, delivering larger items to homes and businesses. You will be a delivery hero in the community you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work a standard 4-day work week and up to 10 hours per day (40 hrs). Optional 5th & 6th overtime day available upon request. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old with a valid standard Oklahoma driver’s license. No CDL required. Must possess or able to obtain a DOT Medical Card. (company will pay for Med Card if necessary) Must be able to lift and move boxes 50-250 lbs. (with a partner) Must pass all standard pre-employment processing requirements. Team Deliveries: You’ll work all day with a helper to help you load, unload, and deliver larger items to customers’ homes and businesses (appliances, furniture, TV’s, etc.). Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally ensuring orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition. All while providing a positive and friendly delivery experience to the customer. Problem Solving: Work with your helper to overcome any on-route challenges that may develop. Navigating and Directions: Must possess a strong ability to navigate and take directions.

This work is physical and requires the following physical activities: • Works 40-hour work week with variable hours and occasional overtime., • Must be able to lift 50 pounds., • Must be able to maneuver 200 pounds, pull utility carts on wheels on and off trucks., • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel and reach for long periods of time (up to 10 hours a day), • Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and will vary week to week., • Work in climate-controlled atmosphere majority of time., • Work in variable climate outside, including severe weather conditions.

As a driver helper you'll ride along with a package delivery driver in our iconic brown trucks and help deliver packages to businesses and homes in your community. This is where the driver will pick you up, often in your neighborhood. Helpers do not drive the brown truck.
