Job Description LOCAL DELIVERY DRIVER HELPER in Raleigh (Brier Creek Area) Do you have professional driving experience (Class B or C vehicles) and live in the Raleigh, Durham, or Morrisville area? Are you looking for a 3rd-shift schedule with opportunities for advancement? Do you have a clean driving record and a valid Class C or Class B License? Pay Rate: $16.00/hr. with a pay increase after 4 months when transitioning to your own route. Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 AM – 1:00 PM Responsibilities: • Load and unload trucks/or sprinters safely and efficiently., • Assist the Driver with multi-stop delivery routes., • Deliver products and place inventory in designated storage or display locations according to customer requests., • Stock, rotate, and organize product to maintain an attractive and customer-ready presentation., • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers at delivery locations., • Ensure shelves, coolers, and displays are properly stocked and merchandised., • Monitor product condition and remove damaged or outdated inventory when required., • Maintain accurate counts of delivered merchandise and verify product against delivery paperwork., • Handle all products carefully to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction., • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company in a positive manner. Requirements: • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift., • Previous delivery, merchandising, route service experience prefferred, • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized product displays., • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills., • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Clean background and ability to meet company hiring requirements.
