Elite Group Facilitation • Lead group fitness sessions with high energy, clarity, and professionalism., • Demonstrate exercises with impeccable technique to minimize injury risk., • Actively monitor and correct client form throughout the session to ensure safe and effective movement. 2. Client Engagement & Motivation • Inspire and push members through positive reinforcement, accountability, and genuine encouragement., • Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally., • Escalate any significant client issues to the Studio Manager to ensure effective resolution. 3.
