Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant – Vancouver Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc. (MFA) is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to be the heart of our Vancouver office. This is an entry-level position, but it's not just answering phones. It's a hands-on, tech-savvy role where you'll learn, grow, and make a direct impact on MFA's daily operations. From formatting project deliverables to greeting new employees, you'll be a go-to resource for colleagues across the company while helping keep our Vancouver office running smoothly. As an Administrative Assistant, you will... handle a variety of responsibilities that keep the office running smoothly. You'll greet visitors and new employees, coordinate meetings and celebrations, and make sure our facilities and supplies are in order. You'll support project teams by polishing documents, managing electronic files, and assisting with formatting and production. Some days you'll run errands or set up for an office event, and other days you'll be the first face someone sees when they walk in the door. At its core, this role is about supporting people and helping colleagues across MFA do their best work. To thrive in this role You don't need years of experience to succeed here, but you do need skills, initiative, and the desire to learn. A strong foundation in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience with SharePoint or Adobe tools such as Photoshop or InDesign is a plus but not required. Just as important are attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
