Key Responsibilities • Support Arthrex Sales Representatives in managing accounts within the assigned territory, • Assist with surgical case coverage, including instrumentation set-up, procedural support, and product demonstrations, • Develop in-depth knowledge of Arthrex products, surgical techniques, and orthopedic anatomy, • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting during surgeries, • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel, • Participate in ongoing education, training, and sales meetings to stay current with new products and procedures, • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory, and case coverage, • Support compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standardsRequirements:, • Bachelor’s degree preferred, • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure surgical environment, • Highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required, • Ability to lift and transport medical device sets and equipment
