With nine offices in Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties and a dedicated team of primary care providers and staff, we have a rich history of providing exceptional patient-centered medical care to our community. Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor position serves as a liaison between clinical staff, physicians, other office staff, and leadership team. Is responsible for the administration and application of all clinical nursing functions, procedures, and protocols. Is responsible for the application of and contribution toward meeting the goals and objectives of Fairfax Family Practice Centers. Essential Duties: • Performs a variety of patient care and administrative activities to assist providers., • Assists in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management., • Participates in team huddles or other established team communication.
