Job DescriptionShift & Pay 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM - $$20/hr 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM - $$22/hr About the Role Join a renowned aerospace manufacturing team and gain hands-on experience in precision assembly and testing. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will contribute to the assembly, testing, and inspection of aerospace components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Perform precision assembly of small aerospace components, subassemblies, and finished units, • Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to fit, align, adjust, and secure components according to engineering specifications and production standards, • Interpret and follow detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and process documentation to ensure accurate and consistent builds, • Conduct in-process inspections and basic testing to verify parts meet quality, tolerance, and performance requirements, • Accurately complete required production and quality documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with industry standards, • Clean, prepare, and maintain parts, tools, and workstations to support a safe, organized, and efficient production environment, • Collaborate with team members, leads, and quality personnel to meet daily production goals and maintain high quality standards, • Identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or process issues to support continuous improvement effortsSkills & Experience, • Previous mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply, • Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment in a manufacturing or shop environment, • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical instructions is highly preferred, but not required, • Strong manual dexterity with the ability to handle small, detailed components with precision, • High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work in a fast-paced environment, • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing setting, • Proficient computer skills Benefits, • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • 401(k) with Pre‑Tax and Roth options, • Life and Disability Insurance, • Paid Sick Time, • Weekly Pay, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • Health Savings Account (HSA), • Transportation Benefits Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
