Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and skilled and experience Lead Infusion Specialist/Manager (RN) to join our team. Our Lead will plays a key role in overseeing our protocols, scheduling as well as administering IV therapy and injectable wellness treatments, ensuring client safety, comfort, and satisfaction. This position is ideal for leaders who enjoy hand on work and enjoy direct patient interaction, want to build long-term client relationships, and are passionate about holistic health and wellness. Compensation: Hourly: $35 / Hour Compensation is offered based on qualifications and experience. Since this is a medical spa and not a treatment center, our team members can receive tips/commissions for their services, suggested treatment and their commitment to quality patient relationships and treatments. $3 - $15/per hour additional income. • Commissions for memberships and ad-ons., • Gratuities Spa Hours: Tuesday Thursday 10-7; Friday - Saturday 10AM to 5PM. Essential Duties • Oversee Protocols, procedures, Inventory, coach and manage to the Prime Approach to Sales, • Increase Client retention, memberships and overall sales through coaching and development of the team., • Client check in, consultation, therapy recommendation, • Practice Prime IV standards of excellence, client experience, safety, client relationship development, • Exemplifies outstanding client experience, welcome, communication, observation, empathy, service and support; Measurement Google Reviews > 100 and 5.0., • Team work and cultivating a Team Prime culture, working as a unit and committed to the community and their health and wellness., • Self study during slow times, nutrients, Prime content; client calls to schedule appointments with members., • Administrative duties (check clients out, 100% accurate medical record documentation, 100% adherence to all safety standards set forth for the delivery of hydration IV therapies and injections, cleaning of spa daily, organizing, inventory and restocking), • Daily phone follow up with clients from prior day, call clients not coming in for IVs and have memberships., • Selling memberships, injection series, along with NAD+ and Niagen Packages, • Helping Owners grow and cultivate the business and impact in Homewood and surrounding communities to include Planning and hosting weekend events, attending chamber events, business outreach via text, phone calls etc. Essential Qualifications • Registered nurse -RN with IV certification -Skilled and experienced in starting IVs is a MUST., • Leadership skills, experience leading people, • Organized thinker and planner, • Strong desire to see results in the health and wellness of our community, • Authentic passion for relationships, caring for people, customers and the Prime IV team, • Desire to see the spa thrive and grow financially, • Strong work ethic, • Lead by example attitude What will I do in this role? • Market ambassador for the spa with the owners. Outreach and networking as schedule allows., • RN leadsclient greeting and intake. This discussion includes determining the clients health history, health goals, what their intended outcomes are and delivery of thorough understanding and education of our therapies/services/benefits to clients. This consultation leads to a complete package of needed services., • IV Insertion and therapy administration. While maintaining compliance with internal protocols and 797 requirements: Compounding IV bags, mixing and measuring injectables, and administering to customers. Periodic checking on customers for comfort and conclusion of their service. Removal and clean up IVs therapies., • Client experience.
