Summary: The Director, Patient Services, Marketing is responsible for designing and building patient support assets/activities and managing patient services support agency relationships and budgets. This role will use insight-driven patient services data to continuously optimize programs and inform brand strategy in order to build scalable, compliant solutions that address the unique needs of rare disease patients and caregivers. This role will align with the US Head of Patient Services in the development of the patient services strategy while working collaboratively with NSP internal cross-functional partners such as Patient Services, Market Access, Commercial Operations and Medical Affairs in tactical execution.
