Job DescriptionCommissary Shift Manager - Food & Bakery Commissary Shift Manager Onsite in Hawthorne, CA Rate: $24-$25/hr Position Overview With our multiple restaurant locations and long running history of delivering fresh ingredients from local family farms, we are looking to bring on a Shift Manager who will oversee daily operations in a high-volume commissary kitchen environment, ensuring efficient workflow and quality control. This role is pivotal in leading the team, managing shifts, and maintaining high standards of food production and service in a commissary setting. Key Responsibilities • Manage all aspects of shift operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation., • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations., • Oversee food production processes to maintain quality and consistency in a high-volume kitchen., • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment., • 2+ yrs experience in shift management within a high-volume commissary kitchen environment., • Background in commissary operations and bakery production., • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team of about 100 employees., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
