Monitoring the expo line for new food tickets, organizing them accordingly, and running food to the appropriate table. Interacting with the guests appropriately and retrieving any additional items requested following drink/food delivery. Certification required: Food Handlers.

The Food Runner is responsible for ensuring that all items are delivered to guests quickly and correctly.

Mobility and manual dexterity appropriate to staff in the Food Runner position. Delivers food from the kitchen to the guest's tables rapidly and accurately. Runs completed dishes to guests without auctioning off food items at table.
