What You’ll Do: • Provide exceptional service to our customers while processing a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently., • Travel between designated branches to support staffing needs and maintain consistent service levels., • Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to refer bank products and services that meet their needs., • Strong customer service and communication skills., • Attention to detail with the ability to handle cash responsibly., • Flexibility to travel between branches as scheduled. Provides exceptional customer service and basic product information through transactions including a variety of savings, checking and loan account transactions, as well as money orders and official checks. Utilizes the Walden Savings Bank Sales and Service Model to identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate business partners. Schedule: 30-40 hours per week; Monday – Thursday 8:15 am – 4:45 pm; Friday 8:15 am – 5:15 pm; Alternating Saturdays 8:45 am – 1:15 pm. ADA Requirements Working Conditions and Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): Work is typically indoors in climate-controlled shared work environment with moderate noise. This position primarily involves sedentary work with minimal physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
