Accurately document all client interactions and policy details in the agency management system. Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with a portfolio of clients. Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional relevant coverages to enhance client protection. Requirements Must possess an active Michigan Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License. Demonstrated experience in a Personal Lines insurance customer service role. of at least two years. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A genuine passion for helping people and providing outstanding service. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with insurance agency management systems and standard office software. Ability to multitask. Excellent documentation skills.

Job DescriptionJob Duties • Responsible for complex Common Batch Framework and Common Scheduler to ensure current and reliable data is available for critical business processes and decision making., • Responsible for Data Warehouse change management infrastructure and all promotions of code and ddl; performing build engineer tasks for both manual and automated promotion processes., • Responsibility for complex Linux security model on DW ETL servers. (Servers are administered by another group, but our team is responsible for the security structure and authorizes user access to the groups and sudos), • Responsibility for Teradata security and access., • Conduct data architecture reviews and audits to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, processes, and solutions, • Responsible for providing support for escalated Data Warehouse issue troubleshooting and resolution., • Evaluate and recommend new data technologies and tools to improve performance and scalability, • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and effective use of enterprise data assets, • Manage and support data integration processes, including ETL workflows across multiple systems, • Collaborate with external vendors and third-party service providers as needed, • Support patch management, system upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance, • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues across data platforms, • Perform data profiling and implement data quality rules for assessment and validation, • Execute data cleansing and standardization using both built-in and custom data rules, • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies for data systems, • Lead efforts to migrate data warehouse processes to standardized/common frameworks, • Conduct elevated access reviews and user audits to ensure compliance Requirements8+ years: Desired Skills • Previous government experience or State of Michigan experience, • Experience with cloud-based BI tools Minimum Education • None Location • Candidates must be local to the Lansing, Michigan area (within 90 miles) at time of submission.
