Job Description 1:1 Part-Time Support Staff Needed - Fairmount NY (DN- NR) A 44 year old non-verbal female, is looking for a DSP in the Fairmount area to assist her while out in the community Monday afternoons as well as weekend afternoons. DSP would assist her in accessing her community and areas of interest as well as supporting her in independent living skills. DSP will need to provide personal care. She enjoys arts, crafts, classes at the library, music, going out for food, and spending time at different parks. The ideal candidate should have patience and experience. The ideal candidate has experience working with non-verbal individuals and able to de-escalate situations. The ideal candidate must also be willing to provide personal care when needed, and able to lift. This is a part-time position but additional hours are available with other people receiving services at the agency. Hours and days of work: Looking Monday and Fridays between the hours 10:30am-6pm. Job Description: The Enteral Admission Coordinator is responsible for the processing and coordination of all new referrals with the main objective being to clear all patients prior to service in order to ensure proper payment in compliance within all legal and regulatory parameters. This person will ensure accurate, efficient and timely processing of new referrals for Enteral services to include, but not be limited to, obtaining all necessary supporting documentation, confirming insurance coverage, coding and pricing of products, documenting patient in applicable computer system, submitting for pre-authorization and coordinating of initial “pushing” of the referral. The Enteral Admission Coordinator provides support and works collaboratively with referral sources, hospital liaisons, the pharmacy, nursing, and billing and branch personnel.
