This role is perfect for someone whos as comfortable leading a team as they are chatting with members post-class. Key Responsibilities: • Hit monthly revenue targets using BODYBARs proven membership sales system, • Maximize retention through member experience and connection strategies, • Self-generate leads through partnerships, community events, and referral campaigns, • Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a high-performing front desk team, • Maintain the studios vibe: clean, organized, on-brand, and full of good energy, • Manage product inventory, apparel displays, and admin supplies, • Cultivate community in and out of classbe the face of BODYBAR in your city, • 2+ years of leadership or sales experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality, • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, • Passionate about health and wellness (Pilates lover? Even better!), • Confident communicatorin-person, phone, email, or DMs, • Super organized and deadline-driven, • High integrity, reliable, and a natural team player
