Where you will work - Josephine Street Located in the carefully restored and historic Finckes Meat Market (circa 1906) building, Josephine Street is the humble spot every San Antonio local loves. A staple just steps from the Pearl District, Jo Street is true to its roadhouse roots, with booths welcoming outlaws and in-laws, the wanderers and the loyalists.
