Regional Sales Manager JOB SUMMARY Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc. doing business as Continental Carbonic Products "CCP", is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. Responsible for all day-to-day management of Outside Sales Representatives and their activities related to business growth. Must be Local Responsibilities • Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters., • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute wiring layouts and system configurations., • Work with low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and high voltage equipment to support complex automation and control projects., • Ensure all work adheres to NEC standards, local electrical codes, and safety protocols at all times., • Collaborate with construction teams, framers, carpenters, and other trades to coordinate installation activities during renovation or new construction projects., • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they escalate into safety hazards or operational failures., • Valid license as a Journeyman Electrician with proven experience in industrial or commercial electrical work., • Strong knowledge of NEC regulations, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and electrical code compliance., • Hands-on experience with low voltage systems, high voltage installations, PLC programming basics, and schematics troubleshooting., • Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, pliers), power tools (e.g., drills), ohmmeters, and other testing devices essential for electrical diagnostics., • Construction site experience with a focus on renovation projects or new builds; familiarity with framing carpentry is a plus., • Ability to read technical drawings accurately and translate them into practical installation steps., • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience for versatile troubleshooting across various tasks., • Paid time off License/Certification: • Journeyman License (Required) Location: • Dallas, TX 75211 (Required) Shift availability: • Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: • Dallas, TX 75211 (Required) Work Location: In person We are currently seeking an Electrician Journeyman! You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of projects at our shop. You must be a licensed journeyman electrician. You must be local as this position is an urgent hire. Responsibilities: • Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures, • Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems, • Troubleshoot motor and control systems, • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems, • Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields, • Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals, • Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools, • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills., • Able to read blueprints.
