As a Product Owner II within PNC's Technology organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Birmingham AL, Phoenix AZ, Dallas TX or Denver CO PNC is seeking a highly technical Product Owner to support our Support Platform and Infrastructure engineering crews. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of the CIAM platform used across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, vendors, and cross functional partners. Key Responsibilities • Serve as Product Owner for two engineering crews focused on CIAM platform support and infrastructure., • Manage and prioritize backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical needs, and organizational priorities., • Attend and participate in daily stand ups, Agile ceremonies, and planning sessions., • Partner closely with engineering teams to understand platform functionality, technical constraints, incident trends, vulnerabilities, and required upgrades., • Oversee incident management, platform stability initiatives, and remediation efforts., • Track progress toward objectives, prepare status updates, and present to leadership regularly., • Collaborate with other Product Owners across the CIAM organization to ensure coordinated delivery., • Engage with external vendors during weekly vendor calls, supporting joint technical initiatives and issue resolution., • Support all internal PNC stakeholders and teams leveraging the CIAM platform., • Ensure platform enhancements, patches, certificates, and upgrades are understood, prioritized, and executed effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong technical background with experience working directly with engineering teams., • Proven experience with platform operations, patching processes, security standards, and certificate management., • Working knowledge of incident management, vulnerability management, and infrastructure upgrades., • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow through skills., • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; ability to lead and drive delivery based on priority and business value. Preferred Qualifications • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification or other Agile certifications., • Familiarity with CIAM technologies and identity security concepts., • Hands on experience with Ping Identity suite (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID/PingOne) or similar platform., • Experience supporting large scale enterprise platforms and vendor supported systems. Serves as the primary point of contact for questions from the team(s)., • Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Teams(s). Reviews and validates Scrum Team(s) working product. Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to various stakeholders. Bachelors No Required Certification(s) No Required License(s) Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $119,025.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance. Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 02/18/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
