This is not commercial mow-and-go work. This is detailed, high-standard residential landscape maintenance and installation. If you are not comfortable using a shovel, rake, hedge trimmer, or weed eater for hours at a time, this will not be a good fit. We are looking for people who: • Work hard without being pushed, • Keep a good attitude in heat, cold, and long days, • Take pride in clean, finished work, • Want to learn and improve, • Take correction without ego, • Support the team instead of slowing it down, • Stay off their phone during work hours We are especially interested in candidates with experience or knowledge in: • Professional lawn care, • Residential landscape installation, • Plant identification and proper pruning techniques, • Irrigation systems, • Operating commercial landscape equipment Our clients expect precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. Daily responsibilities include: • Mowing and edging, • Running weedeaters and blowers, • Precision pruning and detailed trimming, • Raking, shoveling, spreading mulch and gravel, • Installing soil, sod, plants, and landscape materials, • Assisting with irrigation installation and repairs, • Lifting heavy materials throughout the day You will be on your feet.
