We are seeking a friendly, professional Administrative Assistant / Concierge to support front desk operations and create a welcoming experience for residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents in our senior living community. Pay Rate: $ 45,000-$ 50,000 Hours- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm Key Responsibilities • Be the face, voice, and first impression of our community by warmly greeting residents, families, visitors, vendors, and prospective residents with professionalism, confidence, and genuine hospitality., • Create a welcoming “WOW” experience by delivering exceptional customer service, anticipating needs, and helping every person who walks through our doors feel valued, respected, and cared for., • Serve as a trusted primary contact for residents and families by listening with patience, responding with care, answering questions, and helping direct concerns to the appropriate team member when needed., • Own the front desk experience by managing calls, greeting guests, routing inquiries, and keeping communication flowing smoothly throughout the community., • Support a positive and professional environment by maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and inviting reception area that reflects the warmth and standards of Van Dyk Park Place., • Help keep daily operations running smoothly through accurate administrative support, including front desk logs, forms, files, reports, mail distribution, supply coordination, data entry, and other office documentation., • Partner with team members to support resident services, appointments, transportation arrangements, admissions inquiries, referrals, and community support requests with follow-through and attention to detail., • Use sound judgment and professionalism when operating phone systems, paging systems, and emergency response communications according to established procedures., • Assist with scheduling and coordinating concierge coverage to help ensure residents, families, visitors, and staff receive consistent, reliable front desk support., • Play an active role in safety by participating in emergency, fire, and community procedures while following all policies and protocols., • Bring a helpful, can-do attitude to additional administrative and community support duties that enhance the resident, family, visitor, and leadership team experience. Qualifications • At least 3 years of administrative, receptionist, or front desk experience required., • Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, healthcare, or senior living preferred., • High school diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred., • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills., • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in high-pressure situations., • Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and maintain professionalism with residents, families, staff, and visitors., • Proficient in managing administrative documentation in an organized and accurate manner.
