At Behavioral Health Works, our Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with kids with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills through ABA therapy. No corporate fluff. Just meaningful, hands-on work with kids who need you. What you'll actually be doing: • Working directly with kids using play-based ABA therapy (yes, you get paid to play), • Teaching communication, social, and self-help skills, • Tracking progress and collecting session data on your phone or tablet, • Partnering with families and a clinical team that has your back What's in it for you: Pay & Perks • Competitive pay - $21 to $28/hr, • Flexible schedules (3pm to 8pm, minimum 3 days/week), • Complete your RBT training within 14 days and earn a bonus, plus we cover your RBT exam fees, • Bilingual?
