Large local companies and 8 universities in the area., • The group has New Facilities, High Retention, and excellent benefits Benefits: • Base Salary: $500K - $600000.00 based on Experience, • Up to $75K in annual bonuses, • Signing Bonus (one-time bonus): $50K, • Vacation/PTO: 176 hours/accrued annually with max carry over annually of 240 hours, • Paid Holidays: 11, • Sick Time Accrual 120 hours/accrued annually, • 401k/ 403b Tax Deferred Annuity, • Relocation Stipend: Up to 15K, • CME Allowance: $7.5K Job/Practice Description: • Vascular Surgeon, • Location: Findlay, OH (40 mins from Toledo), • University healthcare system seeking a vascular surgeon to help establish a comprehensive, high-quality community vascular program, • This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, providing advanced vascular care while shaping the future of cardiovascular services in NW Ohio., • Opportunity to lead in expanding and enhancing a robust, community-focused vascular surgery program with plans to recruit additional vascular surgeon and APP by end of 2027, • Strong referral network to manage a full spectrum of open and endovascular cases, • State-of-the-Art Facilities: Multidisciplinary collaboration with cardiology, interventional radiology, and other specialties; Hybrid OR (Planning for construction completion by 2027), • Supportive Team & Resources: Experienced care team, leadership and dedicated APP with strong hospital support, • Clinical Excellence: Join a program recognized for its commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care, • Practice Autonomy and Support: Practice autonomy with robust subspecialty support and a dedicated care team, • Treat Abdominal and Thoracic Aneurysmal Disease, Carotid Disease, Hemodialysis Access, Peripheral Vascular Disease and Limb Salvage, • Manage conditions with medications, lifestyle changes and non-surgical interventions, • Call coverage for ten night/weekend shifts per month, • Schedule: includes (2) clinic days and (3) procedural days - Vascular Surgery, • Supervise advanced practitioner(s), • Educate patients and promote wellness, prevention, and early detection by providing materials, resources, and services to patients and their families, • Maintain responsive, open communication with referring physicians, • Participate in department, college, medical center and other service activities, • Serve as preceptor and train residents, fellows, medical students, undergraduate and graduate students, nursing staff and other allied health medical professionals, • The clinical faculty track exists for those faculty members whose principal career focus is teaching, clinical and translational research, delivery of exemplary clinical care and contribution to all college missions., • The title for these appointments are Assistant/Associate/Professor. These faculty are typically, but not exclusively, physicians, and they must have a paid faculty appointment.
