Why Hinesville, GA? • Lower cost of living compared to major ABA markets, • Close to Savannah and the Georgia coast, • Slower pace of life with strong community support Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and oversight of all ABA programs, • Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs, • Oversee assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation, • Ensure compliance with BACB, ethical, and regulatory standards, • Partner with families to ensure progress and quality care, • Drive program development, training, and continuous improvement, • Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and clinic growth Qualifications • Masters or doctoral degree in ABA, psychology, or related field, • Active BCBA certification required, • 4+ years of ABA clinical experience, including leadership/supervision, • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, • Commitment to family-centered, evidence-based care Preferred: • Doctorate in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field, • Experience in program development and staff training, • BCBAs ready to step into clinical leadership, • Clinicians looking to move away from high-volume ABA environments, • Leaders seeking stronger support and sustainable expectations Lead with purpose.
