Position Summary The Apprentice/Helper plays a critical role in supporting our technicians with installation, maintenance, inspections, and light repairs. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to learn the trade through hands-on experience and structured development. Your primary goal in this role is to master the fundamentals of the electrical trade while delivering exceptional service and professionalism in every customer interaction. This role works closely with Lead Technicians and reports directly to the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Technical Support * Assist technicians with electrical service, repair, and installation tasks. * Observe, learn, and apply all aspects of the electrical trade. * Operate tools safely and correctly while following all safety protocols. Customer Experience * Maintain a clean, respectful presence in customer homes, including wearing floor savers and keeping work areas tidy. * Represent us with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset. Team Operations * Maintain an organized job site and a well-inventoried truck. * Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time. * Participate in all training, morning meetings, and company events. * Follow Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Core Values.
