Job Description Physical Therapist – Pelvic Health | Estero, FL Location: Estero, FL Department: Rehabilitation Services Work Type: Full-Time Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Hiring Range: $76,000–$124,000 annually Position Overview We are seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in or interested in Pelvic Health to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Estero, Florida. Prior pelvic health experience is not required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing professional support are available to help you develop specialized expertise in this rewarding and high-demand area of physical therapy. This position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one care with 45-minute treatment sessions and a maximum of 10 patients per day, allowing you to focus on quality patient interactions, individualized treatment plans, and meaningful outcomes. You may treat a variety of conditions, including: • Urinary and fecal incontinence, • Constipation, • Pelvic, rectal, and genital pain, • Pelvic organ prolapse, • Interstitial cystitis, • Pregnancy and postpartum-related conditions, • Post-surgical rehabilitation, • Prostatectomy recovery, • Cancer-related impairments, • Mastectomy recovery, • Other pelvic floor and functional mobility conditions You will also have the opportunity to treat a diverse outpatient population across other areas of physical therapy. Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments, • Develop individualized diagnoses, prognoses, and plans of care, • Design and implement evidence-based treatment interventions, • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate, • Address impairments, functional limitations, pain, and mobility concerns, • Promote independence, wellness, and quality of life, • Educate patients regarding treatment plans, exercises, and self-management, • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, • Participate in education, consultation, and professional development, • Demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, professionalism, and problem-solving skills Rehabilitation Team Join a large, collaborative rehabilitation department made up of 700+ physical, occupational, and speech therapy professionals. The team provides services across outpatient, acute care, skilled nursing, and home health settings, with specialty programs including: • Pelvic Health, • Neurological Rehabilitation, • Vestibular & Balance Therapy, • Lymphedema Management, • Oncology Rehabilitation, • Orthopedic Rehabilitation Qualifications Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy required Licensure: Active Florida Physical Therapy License required Experience: Pelvic health experience preferred but not required Certifications: None required New Graduates: Welcome to apply Why Join This Opportunity?
