Key Responsibilities: Memorize and fluently describe 40–50 meticulously crafted dishes, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and origin stories. Present each dish tableside with clarity and enthusiasm, enhancing the guest experience through storytelling and detailed knowledge. Work closely with chefs and servers to ensure timing, pacing, and service are impeccable. Assist with upselling premium items, limited specials, and beverage pairings in a subtle, elegant manner. Job Objective: Lead the daily operation of cleaning services and commercially represent Clean Ready Miami – Doral to both new and existing clients. This hybrid position combines operational supervision, business development, and quality control to deliver a premium customer experience and ensure continuous portfolio growth. ✦ Key Responsibilities: Operational Supervision • Coordinate and oversee the field cleaning team. • Conduct surprise and scheduled inspections of active services. • Ensure compliance with cleaning protocols, image standards, and presentation. • Report incidents, issues, or updates to the administrative team. Client Relations and Acquisitions • Visit potential clients and present Clean Ready’s services. • Follow up with leads and prospective clients. • Coordinate service trials, quotes, and contracts with administrative support. • Build partnerships and business relationships with properties, offices, and real estate agents. Current Client Management • Handle special requests, complaints, or service adjustments. • Measure client satisfaction after service delivery. • Implement immediate corrective actions when quality standards are not met.
