American Traveler is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Houston, Texas. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist, • Discipline: Allied Health Professional, • Start Date: 01/19/2026, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 40 hours per week, • Shift: 10 hours, days, • Work in an acute care Level I trauma center within the cardiac cath lab, • Eleven labs managing cardiac, EP, and interventional radiology cases, • Handles a daily caseload of 40–50 cases with adult patients, • Procedures include EP, IR, and standard cath lab interventions, • Day shifts available with options for 4x10 hour (0645–1715) or 3x12 hour (0645–1915) schedules, • On-call required for at least 3 days per month, with 4–5 calls total per month and at least 1 weekend per month, • EMR system is Epic; previous Epic experience preferred, • Responsibilities include supporting procedures in cath, EP, and interventional radiology labs, • Large, fast-paced team-based environment with multidisciplinary support, • Orientation is provided upon start, • Daily parking is available for a fee; multiple parking options are offered, • Candidates who have worked for affiliated facilities within the past year are not eligible, • Travelers may be required to float within their clinical scope as needed, • Candidates must meet applicable distance requirements for eligibility in select states, • Scrub attire should align with hospital dress code policies\n \n Requirements\n, • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, • BLS and RCIS via CCI required, • Active state or compact (NLC) license required at time of consideration; pending licenses not accepted (license required if applicable), • Must provide 2 professional references: one from a supervisor within the last 12 months and a peer or supervisor reference from the last 3 years with complete employment details, • Copy of driver’s license required for consideration\n Benefits\n, • High Pay and Bonuses, • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options, • 401(k) Plan, • Weekly Payroll Deposit, • Free Online CEUs, • Generous Housing Allowance, • Travel and Licensure Reimbursements, • Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy With thousands of travel nursing and allied jobs nationwide, our attentive and approachable recruiters find positions that align perfectly with your career aspirations and personal requirements.
