JOB POSTINGS 1.About the Role The CMMC Cybersecurity Specialist is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving ACG’s cybersecurity posture to support CMMC Level 2 compliance, federal contract requirements, and protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). This role ensures alignment with NIST SP 800‐171, internal QMS policies, and ACG’s federal contracting obligations while supporting audits, assessments, and secure operations across the organization. 2.Company Culture • High accountability and strong documentation., • Direct communication and follow-through., • Comfortable with a fast pace and multiple deadlines., • Ownership mentality; emotionally mature; accepts feedback., • Tech-savvy (Microsoft 365: Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)." 3.Benefits • Growth financial, professional career advancement & personal. increased earning potential, certifications, mentorship, and long-term stability, • PTO increasing with tenure + unpaid days.8 – 18 days., • 401(k) with 3.5% employer match., • Profit sharing tied to KPIs., • Medical, dental, vision (eligibility after 90 days)., • 7 paid holidays + 2 half day holidays., • Paid professional development, certifications, and leadership coaching., • 2 extra PTO days for perfect attendance 4.What You Will Do CMMC & Compliance Execution • Lead day‐to‐day implementation and sustainment of CMMC Level 2 controls., • Maintain alignment with NIST SP 800‐171 requirements and federal cybersecurity expectations., • Prepare, organize, and maintain audit‐ready evidence for CMMC assessments., • Implement and monitor technical and administrative security controls., • Support secure configuration, access control, logging, monitoring, and incident response., • Coordinate vulnerability management, patching, and remediation tracking., • Develop, update, and maintain cybersecurity policies, SOPs, standards, and forms within the ACG QMS., • Ensure documentation meets internal formatting, version control, and annual review requirements., • Support cybersecurity and CMMC awareness training for employees and contractors., • Work closely with HR on personnel security requirements., • Support Operations and Project Teams on secure practices for federal projects., • CMMC control implementation completion %, • Audit readiness and evidence completeness, • Policy/SOP review and update compliance, • Incident response and remediation timelines, • Training completion and acknowledgment rates 5.Required Experience Skills, Knowledge & Technical Requirements Technical / Functional Skills (Teachable & Measurable): • CMMC Level 2 & NIST SP 800‐171 knowledge, • Cybersecurity risk management, • Policy and SOP development, • Audit preparation and evidence management., • Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel), • 3+ years in cybersecurity, compliance, or information security, • Experience supporting audits or assessments (CMMC, NIST, ISO, SOC, etc.), • High accountability and documentation discipline, • Strong follow‐through and execution, • Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity, • Clear, professional communication, • Comfortable working in a structured, high‐expectation environment, • Office‐based with prolonged computer work, • Occasional after‐hours support for incidents or assessments, • Must pass background check and meet federal contract eligibility requirements., • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), • ACG QMS (SharePoint‐based), • Security monitoring and documentation tools as assigned, • Company‐issued laptop and equipment 6.Disqualifiers • Do not have hands‐on experience with CMMC Level 2 or NIST SP 800‐171, • Lack experience handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or sensitive data All office positions • Cannot work onsite (our office)., • Weak documentation, organization, or follow-through., • Resistance to a fast paced, high documentation culture.
