Do you thrive on coordinating schedules, logistics, and resources while supporting a team of creatives to deliver on tight timelines? If so, you might be the next Donut. We’re in search of a Production Coordinator to join our team and help manage the day-to-day logistics of shoots across a diverse roster of top ecom brands. In this role, you will handle scheduling, vendor coordination, call sheets, and inventory tracking, while keeping all details aligned across Asana, Airtable, Google Calendar, Slack, and others. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments across the company to ensure every shoot is properly staffed, resourced, and documented. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being in the middle of the action, balancing efficiency with problem-solving, and ensuring every shoot runs seamlessly from pre-production through post. What you'll be diving into day-to-day: • Coordinate numerous, fast-paced, UGC-style shoots across a rotating roster of unique clients, • Collaborate with internal teams to execute creative choices according to individual client standards, • Create and maintain the calendars of 5-6 crew members, tracking team bandwidth to balance workload across available resources, • Adapt production timelines as necessary to accommodate fluctuating needs, • Promptly update organizational platforms throughout a shoot’s lifecycle, • Assist in identifying and implementing production workflow improvements, • Monitor and maintain product, prop, and equipment inventory records, • Create and distribute call sheets, shoot schedules, and production scripts, • 1–3 years of experience in film/content production or creative operations, • Assistant Director, Executive Assistant, Production Dept. or other transferrable skillsets encouraged to apply, • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously, • Applicable knowledge of film production and scheduling, • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills, • A proactive, team-first mindset with the ability to identify potential setbacks in a fast-paced environment, • Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/Long-Term Disability, Life/AD&D, • 401k - Employer match, • HSA - Employer contributes, • Flexible Vacation & PTO plan, • Paid Maternity / Paternity, • Paid Holidays, • Remote/Flex day schedule, • Laid back office environment, • The coolest team ;) New Engen is proud to have offices in Seattle, New York, and Northwest Arkansas, each one anchoring teams that drive creativity, collaboration, and culture.
