Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager - Land Development to oversee and manage land development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Manage all phases of land development projects, including planning, design, and construction., • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met., • Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress against them., • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards., • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management., • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively., • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field., • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in land development., • Strong knowledge of construction processes and land development practices., • Excellent communication and leadership skills., • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively., • Vacation/PTO, • Medical, • Dental, • Vision, • 401k, • Bonus, • Relocation • For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
