    Job Description Caring Senior Service is seeking a professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented Email Support Specialist to join our Customer Service / Support team. Experience in healthcare, senior care, home care, customer service, or administrative support is preferred. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming email inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about Caring Senior Service and available services. Assist seniors, family members, caregivers, and prospective clients with questions and requests. Communicate with customers in a compassionate, respectful, and helpful manner. Research customer questions and provide appropriate information or next steps. Schedule appointments, assessments, consultations, and follow-up communications when applicable. Document customer interactions and correspondence accurately in company systems. Follow up on customer requests to ensure appropriate and timely resolution. Escalate urgent, sensitive, or complex matters to the appropriate team member. Maintain accurate customer records and protect confidential information. Collaborate with office staff, caregivers, management, and other departments to resolve customer concerns. Maintain knowledge of company services, policies, procedures, and customer-support processes. Assist with administrative and customer-service tasks as assigned. Requirement: Previous experience in customer service, email support, healthcare, home care, call center, or administrative support preferred. Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail. Ability to write clear, concise, professional, and compassionate email responses. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent problem-solving and follow-up abilities. Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively. Comfortable using email, CRM systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools. Ability to learn new software and company procedures quickly. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a remote team. Reliable high-speed internet and a professional workspace suitable for remote work. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly. Senior care, healthcare, or home-care experience is a plus. Bilingual communication skills are a plus. We are seeking a Foreman/Driver who is primarily responsible for both driving and acting as Foreman for jobs. Requirements: · At least 2 years of driving experience with a 26 ft truck. · Must have a clean driving record. · Must have recently passed a DOT physical fitness exam (required every 2 years). · Moving experience required. · Knowledge of federal and multi-state DOT laws, driver regulations, and moving requirements is required. · Strong customer service experience is required. · Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced, time-critical environment is required. · Skilled in problem-solving, working safely, and adapting quickly to changing job demands. · Basic English verbal and written communication skills are required. · Must be a flexible, self-directed team player able to work 40+ hours with frequent overtime/weekends, with physical demands including driving, standing/walking, and occasional bending, climbing, and exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and temperature extremes.
