Job Qualifications • A minimum of 2-3 years of current experience as a salaried Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant., • Proven ability to manage and control food costs, labor, and other kitchen-related expenses., • Strong leadership skills with a track record of hiring, training, and developing a high-performing kitchen team., • A passion for culinary excellence and a hands-on management style., • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards for quality and consistency., • Experience with inventory management, ordering, and supplier relationships. Job Responsibilities The Head Chef/Kitchen Manager will be responsible for all back-of-house operations, leading the team to produce high-quality, consistent food while managing costs effectively.
