Monitor equipment setup and operation for both the tea bag machines and coffee bag filling machines, including calibration, cleaning, and performance checks. Enforce and model safety, GMP, and food safety standards. Maintain logs for production counts, cleaning, and hygiene activities. Identify and resolve production issues, escalating major concerns to the Production Supervisor as needed. Industrial Maintenance Learn to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all manufacturing and facility equipment. Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems. Help execute facility maintenance projects. Follow OSHA and food safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis to minimize equipment downtime. Qualifications Dual language proficiency in English and Spanish required High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or technical certification preferred. 35 years of combined experience in production supervision (food manufacturing environment preferred). Forklift certified or willing to be certified. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
