We are currently seeking a FT Guest Services Driver at Broward Outreach Centers in Hollywood, FL, JOB SUMMARY The Guest Services Driver (GSD) reports to the Guest Services Supervisor (GSS) and will drive a van or other assigned vehicle to transport passengers, and pick up and deliver necessary items requested by supervisor for agency business. May be asked to monitor and supervise residents and facility in the absence of Guest Services Assistant or Guest Services Supervisor. Will handle emergencies according to policies and procedures and notify management of unusual incidents at occurrence or immediately thereafter. CORE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conducts routine "Vehicle Check List," at the beginning and close of each day and promptly reports all mechanical or potential problems to Guest Services Supervisor, • Follows Mission policy for accidents, injuries, breakdowns, overheating, etc., • Transports clients and designated personnel to and from approved appointments utilizing safest, shortest route and takes appropriate steps necessary to assure the safety of all passengers, • Delivers and picks up purchased or donated items.
