What You’ll Do • Create, schedule, and post engaging content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook., • Brainstorm and execute campaigns that showcase company culture, job opportunities, and consultant success stories., • Monitor and analyze social media metrics (likes, shares, follows, engagement) to identify trends and optimize content., • Research social trends in the IT staffing and consulting space to keep our brand relevant and competitive., • Review and monitor feedback about the company on social platforms and job boards (like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor)., • Assist in reputation management efforts by identifying areas for improvement and helping us encourage more positive reviews., • Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
