Greet clients and visitors as they enter the facility; verify identification and direct to appropriate staff., 2. Record medical assessments, initial psychosocial evaluations, and medication follow-ups in the EMR., 12. Oversee the completion of Federal toxicology testing, including preparation of requisitions, specimen bottles, and transport bags; coordinate with labs., 13. Enter data into the STARS (or your designated data system) daily, weekly, and monthly., 14. Prepare Attendance Logs for billing and ensure documentation supports services rendered., 15. Prepare Monthly Daily Sign-In sheets for USPO billing and related reporting., 16. Collect and process payments/co-pays; provide receipts and document financial transactions., 18. Issue and maintain a log of MetroCard disbursement for clients as applicable.
