Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Greeting clients in an enthusiastic and professional manner, • Full knowledge of our services and packages, ability to make recommendations, • Sell memberships and packages, • Answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, • Performing related clerical work, • Using applicable software programs and other business-related documents, • Ensuring Hydrate IV Bar spas are organized and tidy, • Providing administrative support when needed, • Managing and ordering non-medical office supplies and retail inventory as needed, • Performing other duties as assigned, • Proficient in computer skills, • Excellent oral and written communication skills, • Excellent customer relationship skills, • Medical industry experience is not required but recommended, • Sales experience is not required but recommended, • Prior administrative office management experience is not required but recommended
